The COVID-19 State of Disaster has created an unprecedented context in which to conduct our business, where the status quo is changing rapidly.
This approach requires innovation and adaptive methodologies to how we conduct ourselves. We are responding in a socially responsible way, with integrity, which will allow us to continue to deliver the levels of service for which we pride ourselves.
Hamilton's Property Portfolio is now doing "business unusual", implementing the following new protocols with immediate effect.
- We will not be offering showdays this week, this will be reviewed on an ongoing basis.
- Prior to any viewing by appointment, we will ask buyers whether they, any family members or colleagues have recently returned from a designated high-risk area, or are currently unwell.
- If not, we proceed with the appointment. Both agent and buyer/s will be required to sanitise their hands prior to entering as well as on departure, using our locally manufactured and branded hand sanitiser.
- If yes, we will offer a personalised, interactive video call (FaceTime, WhatsApp) walkthrough of the property at the buyer's convenience.
As further updates emerge, we will proactively respond timeously and responsibly, taking our buyers and sellers' best interests into account.
