Tell us about an exciting experience you had as a Hamilton's Property Practitioner
During my first six months at Hamilton's, I had the remarkable opportunity to close the biggest deal of my career, which also happened to be the highest recorded sale price in the history of Craighall Park, a vibrant Johannesburg suburb.
This particular sale held immense emotional significance for the seller, who had a deep attachment to their cherished home. On the other hand, our buyer possessed both a generous heart and substantial financial resources, making it a matter of strategically presenting a compelling offer to sway the seller's decision. Ultimately, the equation was simple: one plus one equals two, resulting in a successful transaction that left a lasting impact.
