The boutique experience is characterised by its commitment to delivering personalised service, meticulously catering to each client's unique requirements and needs. It is synonymous with quality and integrity, as trust and respect are essential building blocks for nurturing lasting relationships.


How would you describe Hamilton's growth over the years?

During my five years with Hamiltons, I've witnessed our tight-knit family expand its presence nationwide while preserving the enduring essence of our family culture and staying true to the founding principles of the business.


What signature events, sales, or individuals would you attribute Hamilton's success as a boutique agency to?

The CEO and founder, Regan Harris, actively engages in the day-to-day operations and steers the business's strategic course. Remarkably, he maintains the same level of personal accessibility as he did when the company was considerably smaller.


How would you describe the corporate culture of Hamilton's, and how does this play into our ethos as a boutique agency?

We operate as an owner-run and managed business with a steadfast commitment to placing client service at the forefront of our operations. Our organisational culture is firmly grounded in the values of respect, integrity, service, and excellence.


Tell us about Hamilton's client's sales experience you had

My story isn't tied to a single incident but rather to the collective impact of numerous experiences that have shaped my life. I'm naturally inclined towards interpersonal connections, a dedicated listener, and genuinely enjoy assisting others. 

This role holds deep meaning and fulfilment for me. It has allowed me to cultivate relationships with various fascinating and remarkable individuals as we navigate people's lives in deeply personal, emotional, and financially significant aspects.
