With another tough pandemic year under our belts, navigating changing lockdown levels, new variants, surprise travel bans, and last-minute "where-will-we-go-now" dilemmas, we've had an encouraging level of sales and rentals. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank all our clients for their continued support.
I'm grateful for the ongoing trust our clients show in us, many of them over decades, asking for our advice on property-related matters from interior décor directions to the optimal way to structure a deal.
Not a week goes by without us being asked to recommend an architect, a builder, an interior designer, a flooring specialist, the list goes on. We pride ourselves on giving our clientele the boutique experience they deserve, going above and beyond a typical real estate agency's remit. For us, it's about more than buying and selling properties. It's about partnership and adding value to our clients' lives and lifestyles.
If COVID has taught me anything, it's about the continued need to be flexible, adaptable, and curious about what's possible. We're seeing how deepening our investment in social media leads to increased levels of engagement across the board. We're enjoying curating our popular inspirational living posts on Facebook, Pinterest, and Instagram, where we showcase elements of our most spectacular properties.
We're privileged to represent some of South Africa's finest homes and look forward to 2022 bringing new opportunities to explore, while maintaining our reputation for continued excellence.
