As a company, we have successfully operated in the real estate industry for twenty years as of March 2023. This is a significant milestone for us, and an example of the value created as an owner-run business building on the wealth of experience gathered over the past two decades.
From our early days in Bryanston to extending our reach nationally and beyond, we have showcased both the tenacity of our Hamilton's family and the success of our boutique approach to our select clientele over the years. Clients who have entrusted us with their most valuable assets, their homes and their investment properties, and who continue to place their faith in us.
How would I describe the Boutique Experience?
Our primary focus is the client's holistic experience when dealing with us, either as a seller or as a buyer. Professionalism, discretion and attention to detail typify this experience: we are meticulous in our approach, ensuring peace of mind at every step of the journey, from optimally structuring the deal for all parties, to the handover of keys on registration.
What I am most proud of is how much repeat business our clients bring to us - we have sold many properties multiple times over the years - and how many new clients are referred to us by longstanding clients who recognise and enjoy the benefits of working with us.
From inception, we have focused on the luxury real estate market. Our brand is synonymous with a luxury lifestyle and we have been priviledged to represent the creme de la creme of properties in various areas, including state of the art developments where we are involved from initial design, through the build phase, to the final handover of keys.
The Hamilton's Family
Starting as a small company of three people, we have grown organically to a national brand with a presence across Gauteng, Pretoria East, Western Cape, Cape Winelands, the Garden Route, and the Eastern Cape, with a satellite office in Mauritius.
The benefit of being niche has enabled us to make changes where and when needed, to implement pragmatic processes and procedures as required, and to keep flexible enough to meet evolving market and client needs.
Continuing to fulfil the desires of our clients 20 years later is made possible by the exceptional team we have gathered over the years. I am very proud of our team of property practitioners whose diverse professional backgrounds - from chartered accountants to lawyers, to psychologists, to strategic marketers, to project managers and business coaches - give us an edge in the real estate market.
As a company defined by its people and the unique perspectives they offer, I would like to extend my thanks to our dedicated property practitioners, as well as our support teams, legal associates and, ultimately, to our loyal and growing clientele.
